Whether it’s a routine medical appointment or a specialized transport need, our team is here to provide unmatched service excellence. Let us help you get where you need to go, safely and comfortably. We permit one companion to accompany the passenger, to provide additional support if needed at no extra charge. A nursing companion can be made available at a small additional fee for customers who need specialized care.

This is a community focused business, serving the greater San Bernardino County area in California. Our aim is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services to individuals who require assistance getting to medical appointments or healthcare services.
We ensure access to healthcare, events, and routine travel needs by promoting dignity, and comfort while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Green Elite Non-Emergent Medical Transportation Services (NEMT) was started by a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of nursing excellence. Incorporating those years of nursing experience into the NEMT profession, we will provide a nurse or nurse’s aide on rides with clients in need
of extra attention. We have coined this service as a NURSING ASSIST TRANSPORT for a higher quality of transport care.
*All drivers are certified in First Aid, CPR, has received defensive driving training, and have passed extensive criminal background checks, and drug testing.
